Director & Founder

Hi, I’m Adriano director, and founder of Randello & Co Accountants.

I found this practice in 2010 after working for various accounting firms as a graduate accountant.

I decided to become an accountant at the age of 14 years old, I know very different kind of thinking for a young guy. I guess the ability to open a practice and deal with many different businesses was my driving factor.

My passion in life was always to see businesses grow and increase people clients wealth, so therefore, I decided to open a business for myself, and help clients grow their cashflow and personal wealth.

Trying to change the perception of the accounting world is another personal goal of mine, I do that through my other passion which is music. I am a DJ/MC, which allows me to use my creative and musical side outside the office.

Hi, I'm Maria Cristina Vera A. Dueñas,and I work as a Tax Accountant/Bookkeeper at Randello Accountants since 2023. 
I have studied a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy.

In my current position, I am involved in the preparation of financial accounts and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
 
I love working with clients to provide timely and accurate financial information for directors and shareholders for decision making by maintaining financial systems that are up-to-date, accurate and a true reflection of their trading position. And to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.

I am a Xero Certified Advisor - full functions in Xero in processing accounts receivables and payables, payroll with STP, monthly and annual adjustment journals, and bank  reconciliations. 



I believe discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.
